These photos were taken from the SoHo neighborhood of New York, where Men in Black III will be shooting an Andy Warhol-themed party. Here are more details from the actual building owner, David Zar.

"The party is going to have an Andy Warhol theme, and they got the most charming loft in SoHo."

It isn't clear how this party fits into the plot line of Men in Black III, although it is said to be, "a crucial scene."

Men in Black III comes to theaters May 25th, 2012 and stars Will Smith, Tommy Lee Jones, Josh Brolin, Sacha Baron Cohen, Jemaine Clement, Emma Thompson, Gemma Arterton, Nicole Scherzinger. The film is directed by Barry Sonnenfeld.
